  •  6 days work week / Shift (8am - 5pm / 1pm - 10pm)
  • Conduct daily checks in the blocks/units Handing/Taking over units from/to tenants
  • Attend and collect check-in forms for new arrivals Verify the particulars of new arrivals
  • Conduct briefing on house rules to new arrivals
  • Daily collection of passes from security for updating

Position: Assistant Project Manager
  • To report and assist Senior Project Manager / Project Manager in planning, organising and supervising execution of work on site
  • To assist to lead site construction team in ensuring smooth execution of work
  • Responsible for site progress, according to planned schedule
  • Provide the direction in construction planning, coordinate works with sub-contractors, client and consultant to ensure overall construction progress based on schedule of works

Position: Senior QA/QC Engineer
  • Plan, lead and manage QA/QC Team for the projects undertaken, manage a mega project
  • Conduct Internal Quality Audits and Project Quality Audits.
  • Review of the Quality Management System, Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans, QC Guidelines, Method Statement, etc.
  • Conduct experiments, propose new material/procedures and come up with innovative solutions.
  • Assess site operations and procedures daily and recommend improvement actions, ensuring that the internal quality systems are in place.

Position: QA/QC Supervisor
  • To conduct independent Quality Assurance check
  • Report non-conformities to the QA/QC Manager or Project Manager, perform analysis, identify root cause and propose corrective actions

Position: Executive Engineer
  • To perform engineer’s role on method statement, implement cost & time efficiency on operation and supervise site works compliances and inspection requirement
  • Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of all trades implementation on site
  • Work closely with sub-contractors on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements
  • Keep track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to Senior Engineer/ Project Manager

Position: Project Coordinator / Asst Project Coordinator
  • Handle project coordination and responsible for all works in designated projects
  • Responsible in overseeing the overall site progress to ensure the structural, architectural and MEP works of the project team and sub-contractors are in compliance to the defined standards and Safety regulations.
  • Liaise with project engineer, site supervisor on all the coordination shop drawings.
  • Plan and advise the construction foreman on sequencing and arrangement of work.

Position: BIM Coordinator
  • Responsible for the management of project models for all disciplines
  • Lead internal BIM Project kick-off meetings
  • Act as main point of contact for project related BIM matters
  • Act as a leader and coach in the use of BIM to increase office wide confidence in BIM and Revit
  • Provide technical support to team as needed
  • Conduct BIM specific quality control
