Position: Accounts Officer / Assistant - TA Corporation Ltd
  • Handle at least 1 subsidiaries’ full sets or partial of accounts.
  • Assist on statutory matters, including year-end audit, GST and tax submission.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly management accounts with detailed schedules, including tax provision.
  • Prepare annual statutory financial statements.
  • Prepare annual budget and half-yearly budget review for companies under his/her responsibilities.
  • Degree / Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA.
  • At least 3 years relevant experience handling full set or partial of accounts.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as able to work well in a team.

Position: Learning Support Executive / Assistant - Lets Pte Ltd / LearnCollab Pte Ltd
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars & class schedules
  • Schedule and co-ordinate weekly or other meetings
  • Assist in class registration process (logistic administration)
  • Collating and distributing mails
  • Preparation of documents such as memos, emails, invoices, sales & operational reports and other correspondence
  • Preparing & updating of SOPs
  • Creating and maintaining filing system, both electronic and physical
  • Involved in asset and inventory reconciliation

  • Perform Business-to-Business (B2B) sales
  • Prepare client proposals
  • Source and participate in trade shows, conferences and exhibitions to reach out to organisations and potential partners

Position: Senior / Admin Officer - Nexus Point Investments Pte Ltd
  • To oversees and manage the day to day activities of the office procedures and systems
  • Operation expenses are recorded & to audit on a quarterly basis
  • Maintain and ensure maintenance contacts are renewed
  • Liaise with government agencies as and when needed
